Kim Bays is a mother of twin autistic sons and one stepson, a manager at Exponential Property Group, and the founder of Martha’s Ranch Foundation.

Kim and her husband Matt started Martha’s Ranch in 2020 to aid families impacted with autism by providing a place to take a vacation surrounded by those who understand the unique challenges and joys of autism.
